Renting your property can be time consuming and it is essential to have someone on-hand to deal with the logistics of guests arriving and departing as well as any queries they may have.

Your property can be cleaned, linen and towels laundered and changed ready for incoming guests and we ensure a change of linen is available for bookings of more than one week. We make sure that there are sufficient toilet rolls, light bulbs etc. and we include a welcome pack to make your guests feel special.

We are contactable 24/7 should your guests require a contact during their stay.

As part of our of management services we can inspect your property on a regular basis to offer peace of mind that your home in Spain is being looked after in your absence. We can care for your swimming pool and tidy gardens and terraces. We check that everything is in good working order and any problems are reported to you and dealt with quickly and efficiently. We can also obtain quotes for any works required, i.e. gardening, painting and decorating or building.
