Our pricing structure

Low Season - January, February, March, November and December.

Mid Season - 1st April - 30th June, September, October. Christmas, Easter and New Year periods.

High Season - 1st July - 31st August.

 

Holiday rental bookings and deposits

To reserve your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your rental paid by credit card, bank transfer or direct to our advised bank account (N.B. This also serves as confirmation that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions). The balance of your rental will become due 4 weeks before your date of arrival and we will send an email by way of a reminder. When all monies have been received we will confirm by email, obtain your travel details and make arrangements to meet in order to show you to your villa or apartment and hand over keys. At this time we will take a security deposit if applicable. At the end of your stay we will check the property and return your security less any deductions for damages.

Security Deposit

At all properties a refundable security deposit of € 300.00 ( except where stated on the details page ) will be required on arrival. At some of our luxury properties you will be required to pay more than the standard € 300 security deposit. If this is the case you will be advised at the time of the booking. At a few properties the security deposit is made directly to the owner or property managers. Prestige Property Spain reserve the right to deduct any related charges if items are broken or damaged and need to be replaced or repaired, and if the property is left in an unreasonable condition & extra cleaning or laundry service is required. Clients are requested to replace all breakages if possible prior to their departure.  All damage to property or its contents must be reported to the property manager immediately. The client is responsible for the holiday property while staying there and will be expected to look after it and to leave it in a clean & tidy condition.

Prestige Property Spain will endeavour to accommodate wherever possible by making changeover days flexible however on the day of arrival, keys to the property will not be available until after 4pm unless previously agreed to allow for cleaning and preparation of the property prior to your arrival and on the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10 am, unless previously agreed. Guests are responsible for keys to the property. If keys are lost there will be a replacement charge of € 50.00.

Fresh laundry and towels ( except beach towels ) are provided for each stay. Guests will be provided with one set of linen & towels per person. In our villa properties a complementary welcome pack is provided, the contents vary depending upon your time of arrival.The number of guests must always be advised when booking. Any additional guests which exceed the rental capacity of the property will be charged at an additional 100 euros per person per week.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing by the party leader.
  • For cancellations of more than 3 months prior to arrival clients receive a full refund less an administration fee.
  • For cancellations of less than 3 months prior to arrival any monies paid are not refunded.
  • For cancellations of less than 4 weeks prior to arrival all monies are forfeited. If there are genuine mitigating reasons for cancellation this will be taken into account, at the discretion of the owner.

Guests are advised that all refunds and compensation claims are at the discretion of the property owners. If the complaint cannot be resolved during your stay it must be put in writing within 14 days of your return from your holiday and will be passed to the owners. Prestige Property Spain will liase with the owner and client as to an appropriate course of action. Prestige Property Spain act as agents for all the rental properties in our portfolio which are privately owned and therefore we have no claim or authority over these properties. Prestige Property Spain are under no obligation whatsoever to pay refunds, compensation or cover any costs which the rental client may incur as a result of dissatisfaction with the rental property or cuts to services for example electricity or water.

Insurance

We advise that all our clients obtain adequate personal and travel insurance cover. It is advisable that all EU clients bring with them an E111 form which entitles them to free health care cover under Spains national health service. Prestige Property Spain cannot be held personally responsible for any death, injury, accidents, break ins or any other damage by whatever cause during the rental period. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children whilst staying at all properties managed by Prestige Property Spain.

Directions from Malaga Airport -

On leaving the car park, follow the signs for Malaga ( N340 ). You carry straight on at the roundabout, keeping in the left hand lane as you follow the road over the flyover. The road goes to the right as you join the motorway. On the motorway you must immediately move into the left hand lanes otherwise you will be drawn into the centre of Malaga. You will now see a large blue motorway sign saying Motril & Almeria. Do not get off here as the sign is misleading, and you will take the slip road into the city. Once you have passed the sign, move into the right hand lane and you will see a further blue motorway sign for Motril & Almeria. Take this slip road where you will now join the motorway A7, E15 going east to Motril / Almeria. Stay on this road until you reach the exit for La Herradura. Take the slip road to the N 340 and follow directions to La Herradura, drive past La Herradura and Marina del Este, through the tunnel at Punta del la Mona and onto Almuñecar. 

Directions from Granada Airport -

On leaving the car park take the N432 direction Granada then the A-44/E-902 Autovia de Sierra Nevada ringroad around Granada. Travel along until you see the exit to Motril - N-323A. Take this turning which will take you down to the coast. After about 30 minutes you will reach a roundabout, take the slip road direction Salobrena/Almunecar A44/E-902 travelling West along the coast past Salobrena to Almunecar.

Reservas de alquileres vacacionales y depósitos

Para confirmar su reserva exigimos un depósito del 30% de la cantidad total del alquiler. El pago puede ser realizado por transferencia bancaria, ingresado directamente en nuestra cuenta bancaria o por tarjeta de crédito. El pago confirma de haber leído y estar de acuerdo con nuestras condiciones de alquiler. 4 semanas antes del alquiler se debera pagar el importe restante.

Con la entrega de llaves se exigirá un deposito/fianza. Este/a será devuelto al finalizar la reserva y después de haber inspeccionado la propiedad. Cualquier daño en la propiedad será deducido del deposito/fianza.

 

Deposito / Fianza 

 

En todas las propiedades se exigirá un deposito/fianza de € 300.- a la llegada, con la entrega de las llaves. En algunas propiedades de lujo se exigirá mas de los € 300.- , en ese caso se le informara en el momento de la reserva.  En algunas propiedades el deposito/fianza se entregara directamente al propietario o encargado.

Prestige Property Spain se reserva el derecho de deducir la cantidad necesaria por daños causados en la propiedad o condiciones irregulares en el estado de esta del deposito/fianza. El inquilino es responsable de la propiedad durante su estancia en ella y de dejarla en un estado aceptable respecto limpieza y orden.

 

Prestige Property Spain intentara de acomodar a los clientes lo mejor posible, haciendo el máximo esfuerzo en mantener cierta flexibilidad el día de llegada/salida.

De todas las maneras las llaves de la propiedad serán disponibles el día de la llegada a partir de las 16:00 horas y la salida se deberá ejecutar sobre las 10:00 horas para poder organizar y realizar la limpieza de la propiedad, a menos que no sea acordado anteriormente otro horario.

Los clientes son responsables de las llaves de la propiedad. Si hay que reemplazar llaves por perdida será facturado con € 50.-

 

Sabanas y toallas limpias (excepto toallas de playa) serán previstas por Prestige Property Spain, 1 juego por cama y semana. En nuestras villas será proporcionado un regalo de bienvenida que variara según temporada. La cantidad de personas tendrá que ser avisada con la reserva, ya que las propiedades se alquilan según el aforo de personas. Cada persona que sobrepase el máximo aforo de la propiedad será facturada con € 100.- por persona y semana, con un mínimo de € 50.-.

 

Cancelaciones y Reembolsos

 

Las cancelaciones deben ser notificadas por escrito.

 

Por cancelaciones anteriores a 3 meses de la reserva será reembolsado el total del pago de la reservo, restándole € 75.- por costes administrativos.

Por cancelaciones inferiores a 3 meses de la reserva no se reembolsara el pago de la reserva.

Por cancelaciones inferiores a 4 semanas de la reserva, después de haber pagado el total de la reserva, no se reembolsara el pago del alquiler. Si existen razones fundadas para la cancelación será considerado y discutido con el propietario.

 

Los clientes están avisados que todos los reembolsos y compensaciones son discreción del propietario del inmueble.

Si la reclamación no puede ser resuelta durante su estancia debe hacer un escrito dentro de los próximos 14 días siguientes a su estancia y será entregado al propietario por Prestige Property Spain. Prestige Property Spain intermediara entre el cliente el propietario para llegar a un acuerdo razonable para todos.

Prestige Property Spain actúa como agente arrendatario para todas las propiedades de alquiler en su cartera, las cuales son propiedades privadas y por esas razones no tiene autoridad declamatoria para ellas y ninguna obligación en pagar reembolsos, compensaciones o cubrir gastos del inquilino por insatisfacción con la propiedad alquilada.

 

Seguro

 

Avisamos que todos nuestros clientes tengan un seguro adecuado para su viaje. Es Aconsejable que todos los clientes de la Comunidad Europea traigan con ellos el formulario E111 con el cual obtendrán la atención médica en la seguridad social de España sin gastos adicionales.  Prestige Property Spain no se hace responsable de ningún fallecimiento, lesión o cualquier otro daño causado accidentalmente durante la estancia de alquiler. Los padres serán responsables de sus niños durante la estancia en las propiedades administradas por Prestige Property Spain.
